Our shoe making process starts from designing or creating the shoe by a dedicated team of designers, the next production process is learned by making two to three samples. Our production team from Gahanga is supposed to understand the shoe through a briefing from the design team. When the shoe is approved for production, sheets of raw materials such as fabrics and leather are taken by cutting team to create parts of uppers while the base (Insole & outsole) are being made by other teams. Once both parts are ready the finishing team takes care of t assembling and sends the shoe to the final quality control process. The finished product is packed in our black & white bag to be shipped to its final destination. Furthermore, our method is handmade with the use of some machines that help to make the product durable while other uppers are hand-stitched directly to the sole.
